Muzin Blog (getmuzin.com/blog) is a static content site published by the Muzin team. This policy explains what personal data we process and why, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data do we collect?

Browsing: this blog has no user accounts or contact forms, and currently runs no analytics or advertising tools. The hosting provider may record technical data (IP address, user-agent) in its logs for the sole purpose of serving the page and protecting the service.

Newsletter: if you join the Muzin waitlist, we process your email address for the sole purpose of sending you blog updates and the Muzin launch announcement. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD — aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

If we add new tools (analytics, advertising, comments), we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before enabling them.
